Shipping And Handling
All items are delivered free of charge 2 - 3 Working Day via Business Post to Mainland UK. Shipments other than Mainland UK incur a charge and may take more than 24 hours - this information is relayed to you at time of checkout. Delivery to Scotland and Northen Ireland may take longer.
If Business Post can not deliver the item because no-one is home to receive the order, they will leave a card with a contact number detailing how to arrange a more convenient delivery date. If the courier receives no contact from you they will return the package to us after a period of approximately 5 working days. This may result in extra shipping costs being incurred for redelivery.
Although we offer Next Working Day Delivery, please note that from the point of dispatch, we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent delays from our couriers. Compensation for any expenses can not be offered in any circumstance if a delivery has not arrived on time, nor for any persons who have taken the day off work in order to receive the item. Also, deliveries going to Scotland and Scottish Isles will take longer, typically 72 Hours.
TV Wall Brackets advises that customers who forsee difficulty in obtaining their item at a home address should state a different delivery address at checkout. If a delivery address needs to be changed after the checkout procedure, please call us and we will get this changed for you, however this may affect the speed of delivery.
If it seems that the product purchased is unsuitable for your TV, or you are missing parts, please call us on 0117 330 2277 and we will be very happy to identify the problem or offer you an alternative solution. Similarly, if you are having any problems fitting the product to your TV, we will transfer you to a dedicated helpline for your product, ensuring a complete after-sales service.
If you do need to return an item to us, please email us on email@example.com - we will then send you back an RMA Number. Our Returns Department is open Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm. Please note that returns cannot be dealt with outside these times. You should put in with the item to be returned to the following address:

Once the item is received and accepted, we will then issue a refund to your credit/debit card, or refund you via Paypal if that was your chosen payment method. Please note returns WILL NOT be accepted without an RMA Number.
